Placement assistance is intended to improve employability skills and interview readiness.

2. No Job Guarantee

HYNTRIXX does not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Internship placement (beyond program internship component)
• Minimum salary package
• Employment within a specific company
• Employment within a specific timeframe

Final selection depends entirely on:

• Candidate performance
• Skills and qualifications
• Interview performance
• Employer requirements
• Market conditions

3. Performance-Based Opportunities

Certain placement or interview opportunities may be provided based on:

• Attendance
• Project submission
• Skill assessment
• Mentor evaluation
• Professional conduct

HYNTRIXX reserves the right to determine eligibility for placement support opportunities.

5. No Refund on Placement Grounds

Refunds will not be provided on the basis of:
