Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or fee adjustments are handled for programs offered by HYNTRIXX Technological & Educare Solutions ("HYNTRIXX").
By enrolling in any training, internship, or certification program, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Program Fee Policy
- All program fees must be paid as per the agreed payment structure.
- Access to LMS, training sessions, internship activities, and certification services will only be granted after payment confirmation.
- Fees are non-transferable to another student.
3. Refund Policy
A. Before Program Commencement
- Refund requests made before the official batch start date may be considered.
- An administrative processing fee may be deducted.
- Refund approval is subject to management discretion.
B. After Program Commencement
- Once the program has started (including access to LMS, live sessions, or materials), no refund will be issued.
- Partial participation does not qualify for a partial refund.
C. After Access to LMS / Study Materials
- If LMS access has been granted or course materials have been shared, the fee becomes non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Student
- No refund shall be provided.
- Certification will only be issued if minimum program requirements are completed.
- Rejoining a future batch may require payment of applicable charges.
5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by HYNTRIXX
HYNTRIXX reserves the right to:
- Postpone or reschedule a batch due to operational reasons.
- Assign alternate mentors if required.
- Modify session timing with prior notice.
If a program is cancelled by HYNTRIXX before commencement, students may:
- Opt for a full refund, OR
- Transfer enrollment to the next available batch.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies or extraordinary situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is at the sole discretion of HYNTRIXX management.
7. Payment Gateway Charges
Any refund processed will exclude:
- Payment gateway transaction fees
- Processing charges
- Applicable taxes (if non-refundable under law)
8. No Placement Guarantee Clause
Enrollment in the program does not guarantee job placement.
Refunds will not be issued based on:
- Non-selection in interviews
- Performance outcomes
- Placement assistance results
9. Processing Time
If approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
