1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment and participation in programs offered by HYNTRIXX Technological & Educare Solutions.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Engineering, BBA, MBA, Degree or equivalent students
• Accurate registration details required
• HYNTRIXX may accept or reject applications

3. Program Structure

• 1 Month Industry-Oriented Training
• 1 Month Internship with Practical Projects

4. Fees & Payment Policy

• Full payment required before LMS access
• All payments are non-transferable

5. Refund & Cancellation

• Fees are non-refundable after onboarding
• No refund for missed sessions

6. Certification Policy

• Completion of training required
• Projects must be submitted
• Dues must be cleared

7. Placement Disclaimer

Placement assistance is provided but job placement is not guaranteed.

8. Code of Conduct

• Professional behavior required
• No sharing or resale of content

9. Intellectual Property

All materials remain property of HYNTRIXX. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for technical issues or job outcomes.

11. Data Protection

12. Termination

Enrollment may be terminated for violations.
